Go to Hyperli Orders or click here
Find the order you were having trouble with - you can find this by order number or the status of the order will be reflected
Click on the drop-down next to that order and select 'make a payment'
This will then redirect you to that particular order and our payments page on the Hyperli website for you to complete the payment of that same order.
