Requesting a refund for your voucher is a hassle-free and straightforward process. All you need to do is:

• Go to https://hyperli.com/account (otherwise known as your account, so you need to be logged in)

• Go to your Order History

• Navigate to the order of the voucher you wish to refund & view order details

• Click on the ‘ REQUEST A REFUND’ option

• You’ll be required to complete the refund request form and then,

• Click Submit
